This store has superb customer service. We got our pool last summer and have been in MANY times. Every person we have encountered is friendly, professional, and helpful. They use the time to educate us on pool care and have researched a couple of items we needed for our pool (which are discontinued and hard to find replacement parts for). I prefer to go exclusively to their store now for anything pool.
